My main focus in getting this document was to address the rumor that roads are heavily subsidized compared to public transit. Read for yourself. Personally, I read this document and feel that roads are mostly funded by direct user funds. It is a fact that gas taxes and vehicle registration fees are funneled away from road improvements and repairs to public transit. I feel this is unfair.
